摘要
对62例早期乳腺癌患者施行了保留乳房局部治疗和辅助全身治疗,并对其临床资料、手术技术和治疗后美容效果进行了分析。62例患者无局部复发,术后1年美容效果评价良好57例,一般5例,美容效果满意率100%。分析结果表明,掌握早期乳腺癌患者行保留乳房治疗的适应证,注意手术技巧,可取得满意的美容效果。
Sixty-two patient with early breast cancer were conducted breast-conserving procedure and systemic adjuvant therapy from September 2000 to September 2003, and the general clinical date, surgical techniques, and cosmetic results after breast-conserving therapy were studied. Up to date no local recurrence occurred in all cases. Of 62 cases, 57 cases had good cosmetic results and 5 fair one year after breast-conserving therapy. The cosmetic satisfactory rate was 100%, in view of controlled case selection, standardized local and systemic therapy, fine-designed surgical incision, adequate surgical margins and postlumpectomy reconstruction.
