摘要 肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cells,HSCs)的激活和增殖是肝纤维化的中心环节,胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factors,IGFs)是一类重要的促细胞活化、分裂的生长因子.IGFs与其受体结合后通过Ras/细胞外信号调节激酶途径、PI3K途径、影响Na+/H+交换以及抑制肝星状细胞凋亡等方式促进肝星状细胞增殖,从而加速肝纤维化.
