摘要 对苯二甲酸工业上主要采用以对二甲苯为原料的化学法生产,但化学法需要高温高压、催化剂容易失活、副产物较多、环境污染严重;介绍了对苯二甲酸的酶法生产,并结合现有技术,提出利用腈水解酶生产对苯二甲酸的展望。 Terephthalic acid, being widely used, is an important industrial chemical product. Mostly, it is manufactured with chemical methods, the oxidation of p-xylene by inorganic catalysts. But the chemical methods need harsh conditions and produce large amounts of heavy-metal waste. So this paper also introduced its microbial production-method. Combining with existing technique, the prospect of producing terephthalic acid with microbial methods was put forward.
