摘要
简单解析了超声波技术的反应机理,着重介绍了超声波技术在阻垢、浸取、萃取、过滤、结晶与沉淀、乳化与破乳、油品脱硫、化学反应、废水处理等过程中的应用。并展望了超声波的发展方向,指出超声波与传统石油化工过程的结合必将为石油化学工业带来新的活力和技术进步。
Mechanism of ultrasound wave technology was briefed. Applications of ultrasound wave in intensifying processes including scale inhibition Reaching, extraction, filtration, deposition, crystallization, desulfurization, waste water treatment, chemical reaction, demulsification and emulsification were introduced. By combination of ultrasound wave technology with traditional petrochemical processes, preponderant technical innovations in petrochemical industry would be expected.
