摘要
功率超声作用于液态媒质时 ,空化作用会在局部点产生 5 0 0 0K以上的高温和 50MPa左右的高压 ,并伴有强烈的冲击波和时速达 40 0km的射流 ,机械作用会产生高频变化的机械运动 ,加速度可达重力加速度的 1 50 0倍 ,这些独特的效应令其在化工领域中的应用越来越广泛。本文主要从超声化学、超声场强化分离、结晶、沉淀、雾化。
When high-intensity ultrasound acts on a liquid medi um, the cavitation can produce a high temperature above 5 000 K and a high press ure about 50 MPa at local sites, accompanied by a forceful impact wave and a jet with 400 km/h. The mechanical action can generate mechanical movement with high frequency whose acceleration can be 1 500 times of gravitational acceleration. These unique effects lead to widespread applications of high-intensity ultrasou nd in the chemical industry. In this paper the current situation of applications of high-intensity ultrasound in the chemical industry are reviewed in terms of sonochemistry, ultrasound-reinforced separation, crystallization, deposition, atomization, emulsification and de-emulsification. Its development trend is als o introduced.
