摘要 针对××石化公司的污油进行了超声波破乳脱水的初步实验,取得了良好的效果。在超声波的作用下可以脱除污油中80%的游离水,把水占整个污油的体积分数(以下简称含水率)降到9 85%,当加入NS 1破乳剂后超声波的处理效果更加明显,可以脱出94%的游离水,污油的含水率可以降到3 08%。 A set of experiments has been used in this work, which is applying ultrasound to the process of demulsification and dehydration of dirty oil (sample provided by Qi Lu Petroleum Chemical Co., water content 50%). A good result has been obtained. The 80% free water in dirty oil was separated away and water content of dirty oil declined to 9.85% under ultrasound, When NS1 demulsifier was added in such an experiment, 94% free water was separated away and water content declined to 3.08%.
