摘要
改革开放以来,在国民越来越富裕的同时出现了贫富差距过大和两极分化,在阶层、行业、职业之间,城乡之间,地域之间都存在这种情况。贫富差距过大容易激发社会矛盾,不利社会稳定,不利于经济的健康和可持续发展,长期贫富差距过大也不符合社会主义原则。缩小贫富差距,构建社会主义和谐社会,要从解决分配不公着手,要从解决农村、农业、农民的“三农”问题着手,需要执政党、政府与社会各方面的共同努力。
Since reform and opening to the outside world, when people is more and more rich, appearing too large gap and split between the poor and the rich at the same time. It is same between stratum, trade, vocation, the urban and rural, and region. Large gap between the poor and the rich sets off contradict of society easily, which is unfavorable to society’s stabilization or economy’s sustainable development. It doesn’t suits tenet of socialism that too large gap between the poor and the rich exist long-term. To narrow gap between the poor and the rich and built harmonious socialist society, we must settle the problem of unfair distribution and the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, which need all sides of society together try hard.
