摘要
服务型政府是指以全心全意为人民服务为宗旨的政府,具有服务性、有限性、法治性、责任性等特征。我国政府提出构建服务型政府的行政目标是适应国际国内环境发展的必然要求。不断发展的马克思主义民主理论是我国构建服务型政府的理论基础。
This paper holds the opinion that serving the people whole- heartedly is one key purpose of service government. Service government is provided with characters of serving, finiteness, nomocracy, obligation, etc. Establishing service government in China could meet the necessity of situations at home and abroad. Developing Marxist democratic theory is the theoretical foundation of Chinese service government.
