摘要
江泽民同志在庆祝中国共产党成立八十周年大会上的讲话 ,是一篇马克思主义的光辉文献。《讲话》圆满地回答了在 2 1世纪的中国建设一个什么样的党以及怎样建设党的一系列现实问题 ,是对马克思主义党建学说的重大发展。《讲话》所阐述的“三个代表”的思想 ,是马克思主义普遍原理同中国改革开放的实际相结合的产物 ,反映了时代的要求 ,是我党理论创新的伟大成果。“三个代表”思想 ,奠定了党在新世纪长期执政的政治合法性基础 ;蕴含着在新的历史条件下对党的先进性的拓展性规范 ;也体现了对马克思主义的劳动价值理论和剩余价值理论的新思考、新认识。《讲话》继邓小平南巡谈话之后 ,在我党历史上又树立起一座理论创新的伟大丰碑。
Comrade JIANG Ze mins speech at the meeting of Marking the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese Communist Party is an illustrious document of Marxism.This speech satisfactorily answers such a series of practical questions as what a Party to build in 21st century in our country and how to build it,and it is an important development for the Partys constructional theory of Marxism.The theory of 'three representatives' expounded in the speech is the result of combining the universal tenets of Marxism with the practice of economic reform and opening to the outside world of China,reflects the demands of the times,and it is a great achievement in theoretical innovation of our Party.This theory lays a foundation of the political status of legality for our Partys long term governing in the new century,implicates the developmental definition of the progressiveness of the Party in the new historical conditions,and also reflects the new thinking and understanding to the theories of 'labor values'and 'surplus values' of Marxism.Comrade JIANG Ze mins July 1st Speech has set up a great monument to the theoretical innovation in our Partys history,succeeding Comrade DENG Xiao pings Talks on His South Tour of Inspection.
