摘要
使用自行设计的组织扩张器,以每日1mm的速度对家兔正中神经进行延长。结果表明延长率达18.4%时运动神经传导速度为正常的67.8%,有髓神经纤维数为正常对照组的82.9%。用延长法和移植法修复家兔正中神经10mm缺损,4个月后比较两者的神经传导速度、活动电位振幅、指浅屈肌收缩力及再生有髓神经纤维数,两法间无显著差异。而对15mm缺损,神经移植的效果优于延长后缝合的效果。
AbstractIf a peripheral nerve could be elongated by a tis-sue expander(TE)without apparent damage,thelength gained could be used to overcome a nerve gapwithout recourse to nerve graft.An experimentalstudy was made to investigate whether this method forrepairing a nerve gap is feasible. The tissue expanderwas designed by the authors and the median nerve oftabbits were stretched with TE at the rate of about1mm /day.The results showed that when the elonga-tion rate was18.4%,the motor nerve conduction ve-locity(MCV)was 67.8%and the myelinated nerve fi-bres(MNF)was 82.9%of the control nerves.In afurther study nerve grafting and nerve expansion for-repairing segmental nerve loss were compared with10mm defects. 4 months later the MCV,MNF,iso-metric contraction force(ICF)and muscle wet weight(MWW)were not significantly different between the 2techniques,But with the 15mm defects,elongatednerve were inferior to the nerve grafting method.
