摘要
对现代西方国家公开审判制度进行考察和比较,对中国民事公开审判制度的考察反思,并对健全和完善中国民事公开审判制度提出的几点思考。
The article has observed the public trial system in western countries and compared it with the civil public trial system in China, thus to propose some ideas on improving the civil public trial system in China.
