发展肌肉爆发力的超负荷训练法研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用“超负荷训练法”对实验组运动员进行了3个月的下肢爆发力训练,在训练前后用Kistler三维测力系统对实验组和对照组共18名运动员进行了跳深摸高、跳深跳远的测试,并结合下肢最大力量,获得有关动力学和运动学指标。结果显示:训练后,实验组的各项指标均优于对照组,组间值具有显著性差异。表明:在爆发力训练过程中,采用“超负荷训练法”是可行的、合理的,能更为有效地提高运动员的绝对肌力和爆发力。 In this article the method of overloading train was used in experimental group for 3 months to develop the breakout of leg, and before & after training, two kinds of depths-jump were measured with Kistler system , and at same time max-force was measured in the experiment and control group (18 athletes al) The results show that: after training, the indexes of the exercise group were better than that of the control group, and the date between groups was discovered to have significant difference. So it shows that Overloading Train is more scientific method, it could validly improve absolute force and explosive force of athletes.
