摘要
对中药蟾麝救心丸中蟾酥的主要成分华蟾酥毒基和酯蟾毒配基进行了含量测定。色谱柱为Kromasil-C185μ(4.6×200mm),流动相乙腈:水=50:50,流速1mL/min,检测波长296nm,温度为室温。测定结果表明,华蟾酥毒基和酯蟾毒配基浓度在20-100μg/mL、10-80μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r分别为0.9999、0.9999。高、中、低浓度平均回收率分别为98.5%、101.2%、99.5%。此方法用于蟾麝救心丸中蟾酥的含量检测快速、简单、准确。
Cinobufagin and resibufogenin for chief component of venenum bufonis in chanshejiuxin pill were determined quantitatively by HPLC with Kromasil-C18 5μ(4. 6×200mm) as column, a mixture of acetonitrile : water(50 : 50) as mobile phase and UV detector at 296nm. The calibration curves are linear in the range of 20-100μg/mL for cinobufagin(r = 0. 9999),10-80μg/mL(r = 0. 9999) for resibufogenin, respectively. The average recoveries are 98. 5%, 101. 2% and 99. 5% for high, medium,low concentration. The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
