摘要
目的:初步建立花蟾胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用HPLC对制剂中脂蟾毒配基进行定量分析;薄层色谱法对制剂中的蟾皮、人参进行定性鉴别。结果:脂蟾酥毒配基在0.0032～0.32mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,精密度良好,平均回收率99.2%;供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。结论:该方法操作简便可行,重现性好,能较好控制该制剂的质量。
Objective ：To establish the method of quality control in Huachan Capsule. Methods：By HPLC, the main active compositions like Resibufogenin from the preparation was determined and toad skin or ginsen were identified by TLC. Result：There is good linear relation of Resibufogenin between 0. 0032 -0.32mg/mL, precision repeatability and stability were all right ,the average recovery rate was 99.2%. In the TLC of test there was the same spot as the reference. Conclusion：The method represents comprehensively and objectively and reflects the quality of preparation.
