摘要
研究了金属离子铜、锰对粗糙脉孢菌合成漆酶的影响。结果表明:10μmol/L的铜离子产生的漆酶活力最高(4·01U/ml),是不加铜离子的2·62倍;150μmol/L的锰离子产生的漆酶活力最高(5·05U/ml),是不加锰离子的4·1倍。说明适量的金属离子铜、锰对粗糙脉孢菌合成漆酶是有利的,但是这一合成调控的机制有待进一步深入研究。
Effects of copper and manganese on laccase production by Neurospora crassa was studied.The results showed that 10μmol/L copper and 150μmol/L manganese produced the highest laccase activity respectively.It was illuminated that Copper and manganese were favorable for laccase production by Neurospora crassa.
