摘要
本文从学习型组织理论概述入手,阐述何谓学习型图书馆,探讨学习型图书馆专业队伍的继续教育问题。
The thesis describes what is the study-typed library from the concept of the theory of Learning Organization. It further explores the area regarding continuous education of the staff of a study-typed library in order to satisfy the increasing demand of high-level services and professional assistances from the readers.
