摘要 基于国家原油储备库8×106m3的发展目标,提出了用海洋浮式储油系统作为应急储备设施.如何根据储备量的大小来确定储油船的容量成为设计储油系统的关键.文中引入了现代优化方法——遗传算法(GA)作为优化工具,采用浮点编码的GA表达更为直观,具有更高的求解精度与更快的计算速度,并容易找到全局最优解.基于最小偏差法定义了评估函数,在取得我国大型船厂建造能力调查情况基础上,用GA对储油船的容量及主尺度进行优化论证,给出了优化结果. A strategic petroleum reserve facility with an oil storage capacity of 8×10~6 m^3 was proposed. The floating oil storage system was proposed as a new facility for the stockpiling of emergency petroleum reserve. In the design of such systems, how to determine the capacity of floating oil storage vessel according to SPR sizes is a key. The state-of-the art technologies and methods such as genetic algorithms (GA) were introduced and applied to optimize the capacity and principal dimensions of oil storage vessels. A genetic algorithm using a floating point representation was proposed to search for the optimal principal parameters for vessel. An evaluation function was defined based on the minimum-deviation method. The investigation on the building capacity of large shipyard in China was conducted, the optimization results were carried out, and the capacity and principal dimensions of oil storage vessels can be determined.
