摘要
目的:调查湖北地区性滥者和药瘾者HGV感染状况及其影响因素。方法:检查药瘾者和性滥者的血清HGV感染指标,用ELISA法检测抗HGV。结果:2206例标本中普通健康体检者1257例;949例为特殊人群(药隐者716例,性滥者309例,其中76例既是药瘾者又是性滥者),其HGV感染率分别为12.85%(75/716)、11.97%(20/309)、22.37%(17/76),均显著高于普通人群(1.51%,19/1257)。药瘾和性滥2年以上者抗HGV阳性率(19.41%,17.05%)显著高于药瘾和性滥2年以下者(8.01%,5.26%;χ2分别为19.29和8.89,P<0.01);静脉药瘾者抗HGV阳性率(16.96%)与口服药瘾者(5.73%)比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=108.31,P<0.05);性别和HBV感染对药瘾和性滥者抗HGV阳性率的高低没有影响(χ2分别为1.36和1.59,P>0.05);抗HCV(+)者和抗HCV(-)者的抗HGV阳性率差异有显著性意义(χ2分别为19.26和4.25,P<0.05)。所有HGV感染者的肝功能正常。结论:药瘾者和性滥者均具有较高的HGV感染率。其HGV感染率与吸毒时间或性滥时间呈正相关。
Objective:To survey the prevalence and the associated risk factors of HGV in the drug users and prostitutes. Methods: Anti-HGV was detected by ELISA. Results: The positive rate of HGV markers in drug users and prostitutes was 12.85% (92/716) and 11.97%(37/309). The positive rate of Anti-HGV in i.v. drug users(16.96%) was higher than that in oral users(5.75%,χ~2=108.31, P<0.05).There weren′t difference of positive rates of anti-HGV between female (14.49%,12.36%)and male(11.32%,10%,χ~2=1.36 respectively,P>0.05);between users with positive HBsAg (14.22%) and users with negative HBsAg (11.04%,χ~2=1.31,P>0.05);between prostitutes with positive HBsAg (15.38%) and prostitetes with negative HBsAg (9.90%,χ~2=1.59,P>0.05).However, difference were found between users addicted for more than 2 years(19.41%)and users for less than 2 years (8.01%,χ~2=19.29,P<0.01); between female users with prostitution (22.37%) and femae without prostitution (12.27%,χ~2=4.10,P<0.05); between users with positive anti-HCV (16.99%)and users with negative anti-HCV (5.18%,χ~2=19.26,P<0.05);between prostitutes with positive anti-HCV (16.99%)and prostitutes with negative anti-HCV (8.24%,χ~2=4.25,P<0.05).No abnormality of liver function was found in all of the cases with positive HGV markers. Conclusion:Drug addiction and prostitution increases the risk of HGV infection.
