摘要
温度循环是环境应力筛选中最常用、最有效的筛选模式。结合国内某型鱼雷电子产品温度循环筛选的实际情况,对温度循环筛选参数的合理选择进行了分析,并提出了一种高效、经济、可行的温度循环筛选方案。
Thermal cycle is the most usual and the most efficient screening mode of ESS. Combined with the actual screening circumstance of the torpedo's electronics product in our country, and by analyzing whether the screening parameters of thermal cycle were chosen appropriately, a project of thermal cycle screening was putted forward for reference, and it may be more efficient, economical and feasible.
