文章介绍了环境应力筛选现状和种类,重点对美国新版军用手册MIL-HDBK-2164A进行分析,指出该手册的最新观点。最后对军用产品环境应力筛选的标准修订及其实施提出建议。
This paper reviews the functions and applications of environmental stress screening (ESS) with focus on the revised US military handbook MIL-HDBK-2164A. Suggestions are made on ESS's application in China and a revision of the corresponding national military standard is proposed.
