摘要 大学新生面对新的学习环境、学习内容、教学方法、管理模式等,感到不适应、不知所措,影响了他们的学习积极性。学生非常需要教师的指导。培训课程首先通过问卷调查形式了解学生的语言学习观念和语言学习策略,根据其中反映出的问题,教师有针对性地在语言学习理论,语言学习策略,学习任务和学习要求等方面对学生进行指导、培训,目的是帮助学生尽快适应大学学习,学会如何学习外语,成为独立的学习者。 Facing the new learning environment, learning content, teaching methodology, and mode of management, freshmen feel uneasy, frustrated and at a loss as to how to go about their learning. They are in bad need of their teachers' guidance and instruction. This training program investigated the students' beliefs about language learning and their learning strategies. Based on the findings of the questionnaire, the teacher trainer provided relevant knowledge and instruction on language learning theory, language learning strategies and tasks and goals of the present learning. With this information, the students were helped to better adapt themselves to tertiary learning, learn how to learn, thus becoming independent and effective learners.
