摘要
简要介绍一种旋转机械在线状态监测与故障诊断系统的原理、结构。重点阐述数据采集处理部分的软、硬件实现方法。给出该系统在某炼油厂的一个应用实例。应用该系统可指导大型连续工作机组的故障预防和维修。
This paper introduced a research on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery. The principle and structure of the system is mentioned. Hardware and software of data acquisition and processing module were detailed in the paper. An application of the system in a refinery is given as well.
