轴径振动与瓦壳振动相结合判断设备运行状态

摘要 测量转动设备的轴径振动或瓦壳振动及其增长趋势,参考相应的振动标准,可以判断设备的运行状态,但有些时候轴振和瓦振并不是同步增长,根据其中之一来判断设备运行状态,有可能造成误判和漏判。通过采用两种振动监测方式对烟气轮机振动进行测量和分析的实例,说明对于关键机组的监测,要同时测量轴径振动和瓦壳振动,才能准确判断运行状态。 By means of measuring the shaft vi- bration or bushing vibration and its increase trend for rotary machine,and referencing the corresponding vibration standard,the equipment operation situation could be decided.But some time the shaft vibration did not grow in step with bushing vibration,if using one of them to determine the equipment operation situation,the wrong determination and miss determination could be occurred.In this article,by taking an example that the fuel gas turbine—expander was measured and analyzed by using two kinds of vi- bration monitor method,explained that the mo- nitor of key machine set should measure the shaft vibration and the bushing vibration simul- taneously,and the operation situation could be determined correctly.
