摘要
人力资源是企业的第一资源,对人力资源的管理是企业管理的中心环节。随着民营经济的发展,家族企业规模不断扩大,其经营管理中的问题逐渐暴露出来,其中,以人力资源管理问题最为突出。因此,家族企业必须进行管理创新,并建立科学合理的现代人力资源管理体系。
The human resources are the first resource for enterprises. The management of human resources is the key link of business administration. With the development of private economy, the constant enlargement of family-enterprise members, the question in the management of family-enterprise comes one after another, among them the problem of management of human resources is the most outstanding.So family-enterprise must carry on management innovation,and scientific and modern management system of human resources must be set up.
