摘要
教学是教与学过程的统一,只有教学相长,才能取得最佳的教学效果.本文根据多年大学教学实践,就深化教学改革,理顺教员教与学员学的关系谈几点粗浅的看法.
Teaching and learning are two sides of one coin in education. In order to achieve the best results, we must make teaching and learning enhance each other. This paper puts forward some points on how to deepen teaching reform and balance the relation between teaching and learning by relating to our practice.
