摘要
本文阐述了烹旅类专业产学研合作的实践模式,从中总结了产学研合作的几点经验和有待进一步解决的问题。
The paper is about the talent training mode of the cooperation among industry, education and research in cuisine and tourism specialty. It has summarized some experience of advancing the cooperation among industry, education and research, the problem of proposing remaining to solve further.
