摘要
微型泵由于尺寸小,通常存在效率偏低的问题。该文针对常用于微型泵的半开式叶轮,探讨叶片倾斜对微型泵性能的影响。在实验中使用了两个外径36mm、具有相同叶片翼型的半开式离心叶轮,在转速11000r.min-1(对应Re=3.72×105)下测试了叶轮的水力性能。对两个叶轮都进行了数值模拟。与实验结果相比,数值计算结果很好地预测了最优效率点附近的泵性能。结果表明:微型叶轮的叶片朝压力面方向倾斜适当的角度可以提高微型泵的水力性能;叶片倾斜抑制了压力面附近的二次流动,有助于改善微型泵的水力性能。
Mini pumps usually have low efficiencies due to their small sizes. The effect of blade lean on the performance of a mini pump with a semi-open impeller was investigated to improve the hydraulic performance. Two semi-open centrifugal impellers were prepared with diameters of 36 mm and the same blade section profile. The mini pump performance tests of the impellers were conducted at 11 000 r·min^-1 which corresponds to a Reynolds number of 3.72×10~5. Numerical analysis of the pump performance satisfactorily predicted the experimentally measured pump performance around the best efficiency points for both impellers. The mini pump hydraulic performance is improved with the impeller blade leaned at an appropriate angle toward the rotational direction. The secondary flow near the pressure surface is markedly suppressed by the blade lean, which improves the mini pump hydraulic performance.
