摘要
随着材料科学及制造技术的进步,液压技术趋向于微小型化、轻量化、高压化、高功率密度化、环境友好化.在海洋机电、仿生机器人、航空航天、石油化工等领域具有广泛应用.结合应用需求,介绍了国内外微型液压元件、性能及其应用,详细阐述了液压技术发展趋势,为微型液压技术的发展提供参考.
With the advancement of material science and manufacturing technology,hydraulic transmission technology(HTT),which has been widely applied in marine mechatronics,bionic robotics,aerospace,and petro-chemical equipment,tends to be miniaturization,light weight,high pressure,high power density,and environmental friendly.Combined with the application requirements,the features,performances and applications of micro-hydraulic components were presented and the trend of HTT was addressed in details.The paper provides a guidance for the development of micro HTT.
