摘要
研究雷公藤总甙对细胞免疫应答的抑制作用及抗移植排斥作用。结果表明：雷公藤总甙可明显抑制异型小鼠脾细胞诱导的迟发型超敏反应，抑制混合淋巴细胞反应及抑制杀伤性Ｔ淋巴细胞杀伤靶细胞活性，进一步研究表明．雷公藤明显抑制Ｔ细胞对丝裂原ＣｏｎＡ的增殖反应，说明雷公藤抑制细胞介导的免疫应答，应用小鼠异基因骨髓移植模型研究发现，雷公藤具有明显的抗移植物抗宿主病作用。
The results showed that TWH suppressed delayed hypersensitivity induced by allogeneic splenocytes, mixed lymphocyte reaction and the actiyity of cytotoxic T cells.Furthermore,TWH significantly reduced the proliferation of T cells to Con A,indicating thatTWH suppressed the cellular immune response.By means of the model of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, it was found that TWH hadevident anti-GVHD effect
