摘要
危险是指行为人实施的危害行为导致了某种特定的危险状态出现,这种危险状态是犯罪成立条件之一。危险犯应当成立犯罪中止,但不是成立危险犯的犯罪中止,而是成立危险犯的结果加重犯的犯罪中止。
Danger is to indicate the emergence of a dangerous situation brought forth by the acting person with his endangering behavior. Such a dangerous situation is one of the requirements to determine the formation of crimes.
