摘要
目的 :探讨癌症归属 ,证明癌症病因。方法 :通过抗病毒药物阿昔洛韦对耐药肿瘤细胞 (KBV2 0 0 )的抑制实验 ,并对照化疗药物顺铂、5 Fu的抑制效果 ,证明肿瘤细胞中含有病毒核苷酸。结果 :阿昔洛韦抑制KBV2 0 0细胞明显优于顺铂、5 -Fu ,具有非常显著性差异 (P3 0 <0 .0 1,P40 <0 .0 1,P50 <0 .0 1)。而 5 -Fu与顺铂无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :恶性肿瘤是由病毒所致 ,恶性肿瘤细胞是由正常机体细胞与病毒整合而成的一种新的细胞。
Objectives:To prove the cause of carcinoma. Methods:Through the experiment of ACV inhibiting KBV200 cell and comparing the effects of inhibition with CD-DP and 5-Fu, we tried to prove that nuclear acid of virus exists in the cell of tumor. Results:The effect of inhibition with ACV was better than those of CD-DP and 5-Fu (P 30<0.01,P 40<0.01,P 50<0.01). However, the effect of CD-DP was similar to that of 5-Fu (P>0.05). Conclusions: Carcinoma is caused by virus. The malignant tumor cell is a kind of new cell that it is integrated with normal cell and virus.
