摘要
目的探讨在代谢综合征患者中高血脂与高血压的相互影响。方法采用横断面研究的方法测定367例体检者的年龄,血压,总胆固醇,三酰甘油,高密度脂蛋白的水平。结果高血压组的血脂明显高于正常组,高血脂组的血压也高于正常血脂组,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在健康体检的结果中,如果高血压或高脂血症出现其一,就会提高发生另一者的潜在危险性。
Objective This study focuses on the interaction between high cholesterol and hypertension with pa- tients with metabolic syndrome.Methods A cross-sectiongal study was conducted and the age, blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein of 367 people underwent health examination were measured. Results The result of the study show tha（ the blood lipids of hypertension group was apparently higher than that of the nor- mal blood pressure group （P〈 0.05） and the blood pressure of high blood lipids was also higher than that of the nor- mal blood lipids group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of hypertension or the high blood lipids can rise the in- cidence of the other.
