颅颌面骨快速原型模型的制作与评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究制作颅颌面骨快速原型模型时的参数选定。 方法 采集人头颅骨的CT图像(层距1mm) ,用软件Mimics 构建三维图形,用快速原型机制作出1例人头颅骨三维实体模型(RP模型)。通过测量17个距离量,比较RP模型和标本原件。 结果 采用阈值115 0 ,层距1mm ,结果与标本原件高度相似,总体RP模型与标本差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 ) ,但外缘类的距离偏大,而内缘类距离偏小。许多细节丢失,如尖锐的边缘变光滑,一些洞穿的小孔仅呈现为凹坑。 结论 制作眶等薄壁的模型时CT层距需1mm、阈值应取115 0 ,其他较大骨块则层距、阈值可适当大些。 Objective To ascertain the parameters when a cranio-macilla-facial rapid prototyping(RP) model was made. Methods Cross-sectional CT skull images(1 mm section thickness) were obtained. Three approximated 3D visual models were set up by using Mimics  software. Fabricated a cranio-macilla-facial RP modelbased on the dataset of the 3D visual model by RP machine. Compare RP model with its original one by measuring of 17 distances. Results The range of the threshold value was 1*!150~1*!350. This RP model, using threshold value 1*!150 and section thickness 1 mm, was almost the same as the original. In general, the differences between them were unsignificant(P>0.05). But internal measurement was smaller, and oppositely, external measurement was bigger than its true value. It was smoother than the skull, some sharp corners or edges were smoothed out, and some ostioles became hollowness, which means lots of details lost. Conclusion If a cranio-macilla-facial RP model with fine wall is made, the section thickness should be 1 mm, and threshold value was 1*!150. If a larger bone's RP model is made, both threshold value and section thickness can be increased too.
