摘要
提出从断层图像序列到目标组织几何建模及快速成形制造的技术路线 ,并通过在全髋翻修手术中的实际应用检验该技术的适用性和可靠性 .将断层图像序列通过线性插值构造成 3D数据场 ,采用种子区域生长方法分割出目标组织后 ,利用等值面提取获得患骨的三角面几何模型 .对获得的三角面模型进行碎片清除和三角面精简后 ,应用快速原形技术制造患骨模型 .患骨实物模型对术前计划。
A complete technical solution to geometric modeling and rapid prototype manufacturing from sequential sectional medical images was presented and the technical applicability and reliability were examined through a total hip revision case. A 3D data field was constructed out of the sectional image stack through linear interpolation, and a seeded region growing algorithm was adopted for the objective tissue segmentation. The triangular mesh model of diseased bone was extracted using Marching Cubes algorithm. After the triangular mesh model was defragmented and decimated, an RP model is manufactured. The real size RP model was found to be very important for surgical planning, prosthesis design and surgical simulation.
