摘要
针对超声波电机的特点,介绍了基于DSP的方波逆变方式工作的驱动电源。结合控制和功率变换电路,可以获得驱动超声波电机所需的两相幅值、频率、相位可调的交变方法;通过串联电感匹配,获得了较好的驱动波形。
According to the characteristics of driving controlling system of ultrasonic motor,in this paper,a two-phase resonant inverter for driving ultrasonic motor wiht MOSFET is designed,the frequency and phase difference Through the series inductance,we can get good performance of driving wave.
