一种具有中空结构的纵扭复合型超声波电机

摘要 为了提高电机低速时的大力矩,提出了一种具有中空结构的新型纵扭复合型超声波电机。其工作原理利用了一阶扭振动和一阶径向振动(引起的纵向振动)模态。用有限元法和实验结果阐述了其振型及其调谐思路,并就结构尺寸对频率的影响进行了具体分析。电机具有调谐方便、轴向尺寸小和力矩大等特点。 A new hollow-structure hybrid longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor is put forward, which principle is different from the traditional one. To realize mode degeneracy its 1st torsional-vibration mode and its longitudinal-vibration mode caused by 1st radial-vibration are used in designing of this kind of motor. The frequencies and modes of longitudinal vibration and torsional one as well as the relations between frequencies and configuration dimensions are given by FEM and experiment. It is proved that this kind of LTUSM has many characteristics, such as, convenient mode degeneracy, small-axial-scale and high-torque.
