摘要
数学教师专业化已成为世界数学教师教育发展的潮流,中学数学教师专业化包含两个层次:数学学科专业性与教育专业性,中学数学教师专业化需要改革师范教育的培养模式,中学数学教师在职培训是实施中学数学教师专业化的另一种可行方案。
The specialization of the mathematics teacher has become a worldwide trend,which includes such two aspects as the specialization of mathematical science and the specialization of educational science.Specialization of mathematics teachers in middle school requires cultivation mode of normal education to be reformed and in-service training of mathematics teachers of middle school is a feasible way to implement specialization of mathematics teachers.
