摘要
高职人才培养模式是高职教育的基本问题。文章从高职人才培养模式的特性分析入手,构建高职人才培养模式:更新教育观念,明确培养目标,设置专业突出职业性和应用性,教学体系体现适用性和实践性,加快创新型和双师型教师队伍的建设。
The training mode of higher vocational talents is the basic matter to higher vocational education.By analysing the features of training modes of higher vocational talents,the writers formulate the training modes:renewing educational ideas,clarifying training objectives,stressing vocationality and applicability of specialty offering,practicability in teaching system and quickening the construction of teachers with creativeness,and teaching and practice.
