摘要
本文从高职教育的本质特征和社会发展需求的角度论述了高职教育培养学生职业能力的重要性,并探讨从专业设置、教学体系构建、师资队伍建设、就业指导等方面进行改革以提高学生职业能力的人才培养模式。
From the view of the essential features of higher vocational education and the demand of social development, this paper discusses the importance of training students＇ professional abilities in higher vocational education, and how to carry out reforms on the training vocational talent model to promote their professional abilities from different aspects like major construction, forming teaching system, construction of teachers, employment guidance.
