摘要
为了建立高职院校系部领导综合素质评价体系,从思想素质、管理素质、专业素质、双师素质及身心素质等5个方面构建多层评价指标,采用层次分析法确定指标相对权重,采取模糊综合评价模型,自下向上逐层完成评价数据处理,完整获取评价对象综合素质各方面信息.结果表明,采用层次分析与模糊评价相结合的高职院校系部领导综合素质评价体系简便易行,评价信息较完整、合理.
In order to establish the evaluation system for comprehensive quality of department leaders in higher vocational colleges,this paper constructs the multilevel evaluation targets from such respects as ideological quality,administrative quality,professional quality,double qualification quality and body-mind quality,defines their relative weights by AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fulfill by hierarchy from below the evaluation data processing with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,so as to completely acquire every aspect of the information on comprehensive quality of the evaluated objects.The results reveal that the evaluation system with the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation is simple and easy to apply,and the evaluation information is fairly perfect and equitable.
