摘要
运用PCR RFLP法检测马身猪及其杂交后代H FABP基因多态性。结果表明,马身猪在HinfⅠRFLP位点上有HH和Hh两种基因型,在HaeⅢRFLP位点上只有DD基因型,在HinfⅠ RFLP位点上有BB和Bb两种基因型,等位基因以h、D、B占优势,其频率分别为0.958、1.000和0.968。其杂交后代在HaeⅢRFLP位点上只检测到两种基因型DD和Dd。
H-FABP gene polymorphisms of Mashen pig and its offspring were detected by using the method of PCR-RFLP.The results indicated that there were two genotypes(HH vs Hh and Bb vs Bb)at HinfⅠ-RFLP site and HinfⅠ*-RFLP site,respectively,and only one genotype DD at HaeⅢ-RFLP site.Allele h,D and B in Mashen pigs were superior genes,and their frequencies were 0.958?1.000 and 0.968.There were two genotypes (DD vs Dd)at HaeⅢ-RFLP site in Mashen offspring.
