猪H-FABP基因研究进展

摘要 肌内脂肪含量与肉的风味和嫩度等有关,H-FABP基因作为影响肌内脂肪含量的候选基因之一,已引起国内外科研人员的关注。H-FABP,是FABP家族中最普遍的一种类型。本文就FABP家族概况、猪H-FABP基因的结构与定位、遗传变异及其与部分生产性能的关系研究状况等方面作一阐述,并提出今后研究前景,为深入研究该基因提供参考。
