科技期刊的分类和评价标准早已有之,这些年来改革的推进,为评奖、评职称各单位推行了一些土政策,对期刊进行人为的分类,我们一些老期刊工作者也是一头雾水,有必要加以说明,以便领导和作者、读者问到自己时能够加以正确解释和回答。
The evaluation and classification of Sci-Tech Periodicals have had long before. With the advancing of reformation, many companies carried out some policies with their own standard for prize and professional title evaluation. Holding artificial classification to Sci-Tech Periodicals usually puzzled periodical workers who even worked for a long time. Therefore, it's necessary to make it clear so that periodical workers can give leaders, readers and writers correct answers related to periodical issues.
