摘要
采用落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)方法对输油(气)管线钢API5LX65的止裂性能进行了试验研究。介绍了管道裂纹的扩展速度主要取决于管道钢的转变温度FATT,FATT可由落锤撕裂试验测定。论述了落锤撕裂试验的方法和标准,并对用DWTT来评定管材及其焊接接头的韧脆转化能力进行了探讨。
In the paper, crack-arrest property of offshore pipeline API5LX65 was investigated by means of DW'IT experiment method. The crack propagation rate of pipes was mainly dependent on FATT' of pipeline steel, and FATI' can be measured by drop weight tear test. The method and standard of drop weight tear test were described. It was also discussed how to evaluate the capability of pipeline steel to transit from toughness to fracture by DWTT.
