厚壁X70高钢级管线钢落锤撕裂试验断口分析 被引量:9

摘要 通过对厚壁X70管线钢的落锤撕裂试验(DWTT),分析了X70管线钢DWTT典型断口和异常断口形貌及其评价方法,研究了不同板厚和温度对断口形貌的影响。结果表明,厚壁X70管线钢DWTT异常断口有4种类型。在APIRP5L3中被视为无效试样的异常断口应作为有效试样在相应的评定区域内进行评定;材料的强度越高、板越厚及试验温度越低,越易产生异常断口。研究结果对X70管线钢的安全设计具有重要意义。 The appearance and its evaluation of typical facture surface were analyzed by Drop-weight tear tests (DWTT) on thick wall X70 high-grade steel line pipe. Furthermore, the effects of wall thickness and test temperature on the appearance of facture surface were studied. The conclusions show that the abnormal fracture surfaces of DWTT on X70 line pipe have four types. The abnormal fracture surfaces that are regarded as invalid specimens in API RP 5L3 should be valid and are evaluated in its corresponding evaluation area. With the grade of steel enhancing, wall thickness increasing and test temperature detracting, the probability of abnormal fracture surface increase. The results are significant to safety design for X70 line pipe.
