钻柱材料的动态断裂特性冲击试验台研制

Development of impact test stand for the dynamic fracture performance of drillstring material

摘要 针对现有动态断裂测试方法的不足,参照夏比冲击试验方法,研制了钻柱材料的动态断裂特性冲击试验台。该试验台在试验过程中可通过计数器读取试件断裂前的打击次数,根据打击次数可以算出试件断裂的累积能量。对钻柱材料动态断裂特性的测试表明,用该冲击试验台测出的动态断裂韧性比1次冲击测出准确,更能够反映材料的多冲动态断裂韧性,为材料的鉴别提供了一种可靠的测试手段,也为研究评价钻柱材料的动态断裂韧性提供了一种测试方法。 For overcoming the shortcomings of the existing test method for dynamic fracture,the impact test stand for the dynamic fracture performance of drillstring material is developed with the Charpy impact test method as reference.The impact times before the test piece is fractured can be read out with the counter during the testing of the test stand,and the accumulative energy of test piece fracture can be thus figured out according to the impact times.The test of the dynamic fracture performance of drillstring material shows that the dynamic fracture toughness measured with the new impact test stand is more accurate than that measured with one-time impact,which further shows the material's multi-impact dynamic fracture toughness and provides a reliable test means for evaluating the material and the toughness.
