摘要
大型水库具有多种服务功能,论文在建立服务功能评价指标体系的前提下,用定量方法,对湖南省19座大型水库的部分服务功能价值进行了评估。结果表明,各大水库服务功能总价值5 4 5 778亿元,其中蓄水与供水价值2 4 97亿元,水力发电6 2 14亿元,水产养殖12 9 0 3亿元,灌溉增产粮食10 72亿元,调蓄洪水318 71亿元,土壤持留价值0 2 0 8亿元。并认为,今后必须从保护水库,开发库区旅游资源,科学调度水库等方面加强科学管理。
A large reservoir has various ecosystem services. At the premise of establishing the sign system that is about index of ecosystem services, the thesis has used the fixed amount method to process the valuation to the ecosystem services value of 19 large reservoirs in Hunan province. The result expresses follows: total value in function in service of each reservoir is worth 545.778×10~8 yuan. The value of depositing and supplying water is worth 24.97×10~8 yuan, the value of hydraulic power is worth 62.14×10~8 yuan, the value of marine products farming is worth 129.03×10~8 yuan, the value of irrigating to boost production of the food is worth 10.72×10~8 yuan, the value of adjusting the flood is worth 318.71×10~8 yuan, the stay value of the soil is worth 0.208×10~8 yuan. The author thinks that from now on we must protect the reservoir, develop the resources of reservoir travelling, adjust scientificly the degree of reservoir and use other methods so as to enhance scienctific management which is in order to maxmize the all-around performance of the large reservoirs ecosystem services.
