承德武烈河流域水生态系统服务功能经济价值研究 被引量:6

摘要 以武烈河流域水生态系统为例,运用生态学与生态经济学方法对武烈河流域各类水生态系统服务功能经济价值进行了评估。结果表明,2008年全流域水生态系统服务功能总价值量为50.32亿元,约占承德市2008年GDP(551.60)的9.12%。其中,渔业产品、城镇和农村生活供水、工农业生产供水、水电蓄能等提供产品功能价值为3.15亿元;调节气候、净化空气、水质净化等调节功能价值为31.27亿元;生物多样性保护等支持功能2.5亿元,文化功能13.4亿元。可以认为,流域水生态系统服务功能对承德市工农业生产的持续发展,维系生态环境健康和人民生命财产安全起到了不可替代的支撑和保障作用。 Using the method of bionomics and ecological economics, the economic values of all kinds of freshwater ecosystem service functions in the Wulie River Basin are evaluated. Results indicate that the total ecosystem service value of the water ecosystem in the basin is more than 5. 03 × 10^9 Yuan, accounting for 9. 12 percent of the GDP of Chengde City in 2008. Specifically, the value of product supply, including shipping, water supply for people living and industrial-agricultural production, hydroelectricity generating, and so on, amounts to 0. 3 × 10^9 Yuam the regulation value, including adjusting climate, cleaning air and water, and so on, amounts to 3. 13 × 10^9 Yuan; the support value, referring to protecting the biological diversity, amounts to 0. 25 × 10^9 Yuan; the water culture services 1.34× 10^9 Yuan. It can be concluded that freshwater ecosystem services in the basin exert an indispensable function to support and safeguard the sustainable development of agriculture and industry, and to maintain the whole ecosystems health and people's life as well as wealth safety in Chengde City.
