摘要
运用文献[1]中建立的数学模型,以内止点喷水为例研究了活塞压缩机喷水内冷却过程的一般规律和性能,分析了喷液直径与喷液量对压缩机耗功、排气温度及吸气量的影响,同时也讨论了喷水内冷却过程中的传热传质性能。并在此基础上提出了最佳喷水角的概念,为活塞压缩机喷水内冷却技术的实现及性能改进提供了一定的理论依据。
The overall rule and performance of water-injection internal cooling in the reciprocating compressors was studied when crank angle equals to 180 degrees using the mathematical models in the reference^([1]).The influence of droplets' quantity and diameter on compress work,discharge temperature and suction quantiy was analyzed.And the heat transfer and mass transfer in the process of water-injection-internal cooling are also discussed.Moreover,the notion of best water-injection crank angle was put forward,which provided theoretical basis to design and improve the performance of water-injection internal cooling in the reciprocating compressors.
