摘要
针对提纯氨气的两级氨气压缩系统,首先通过吉布斯函数法计算了氨水物性;然后通过压缩过程的数值模拟计算了压缩机的功耗和排气温度;最后分析了排气压力、中间压力和中间温度对系统性能的影响。研究表明,压缩机喷液量应高于一个临界值,二级排气压力取决于气液分离温度而不宜过高,两级压缩系统存在一个最优中间压力。
This paper investigated a two-stage ammonia compression system for ammonia purification. Firstly,the physical property of ammonia is calculated through the gibbs function method. Secondly,the power consumption and discharge temperature of the compressor is calculated through the numerical simulation of the compression process. Finally, the effects of exhaust pressure, intermediate pressure and temperature on system performance are analyzed. The results show that the quantity of injection liquid should be higher than a critical value. The secondary exhaust pressure depends on the separation temperature and should not be too high. There is an optimum intermediate pressure in the two-stage compressor.
